Who I am

My name is Pavle Luger. I am an evolutionary facilitator—specializing in conscious breathing, energy healing, emotional release, and deep inner transformation. A polyglot… and an eternal seeker.

For more than 30 years, I have wandered across the world and through the depths of the human soul—collecting adventures, walking through chaos, harvesting lessons, and carrying it all with a good measure of humor.

I was born with ADHD and OCD, which spun my life into a whirlwind of creativity, impulsive choices, and unforgettable moments. For years, I roamed like a reckless nomad and binge ad booze connoisseur —known by nicknames such as “the man without a brain or a liver.” Until, at last, my body collapsed under the weight of chronic fatigue. That was my breaking point… and the threshold of a radical transformation.

Then, in 2015, I discovered the power of conscious breathing. Through the breath, I reclaimed my energy, my purpose, and my capacity to serve. From that awakening was born RespiroFLOW—a modern, practical method of breathwork for those who, like me, long to reconnect, to heal, and to live with intention
